The story of
la dame d’ Aprigny
There is no information I could find (yet) about the name of the woman, who she was, or what her background story is. Only this text below by Thomas Keightley. So I decided to let the environment where she was seen, tell me more about her. To find la dame d’Aprigny, I started my search at Rue de Saint Quentin at Bayeux.

Rue Saint Quentin, where the story is placed
Looking for anything particular on this street, I came across a brigde. Under the brigde there was a river
You could see a path going under the bridge and it continued along the river. I started looking for a way to get to the path
Slightly hidden, you could leave the brigde at the end of the street and enter the path. Now I was on water level and started to follow the path.
Further down the river, a park emerged. It was an oasis of plants, cobbling water, butterflies and quietness. It felt far away from the busy old city center.
On the sides of the park, there were houses with gardens. I wondered if la dame d' Aprigny had lived in one of those.
The path led me through the park, over another bridge and then yet another path. You could still hear the river, but you couldn't see it because of these old brick walls
Still following the path
The river emerged again
